Hi everyone! I almost forgot that I have a tumblr account. Blame it on 9Gag. I realized, however, that there are amazing posts that are only available in tumblr. So here I am, back like a prodigal daughter. I will start by sharing a Winnie the Pooh quote, because I am reading Pooh for the Janauary.

“Rabbit,” said Pooh to himself. “I like talking to Rabbit. He talks about sensible things. He doesn’t use long, difficult words, like Owl. He uses short, easy words, like ‘What about lunch?’ and ‘Help yourself, Pooh’.

As opposed to what blogger Tricia Gosingtian said that Philippines is not fashion-forward, I would say that the Filipino aesthetic when it comes to fashion is revolutionary. The works of these two designers (Veejay Floresca and Santi Obcena) can attest to that. And they are just two out of hundreds of talented designers who continue to revolutionize the Philippine Fashion Industry. I am very thankful I was able to talk to them in person. They are very inspiring. Speaking of which, I will post my interview with Veejay Floresca in my blog soon.
